At Kunashni |Psychologist, we are committed to providing high-quality mental well-being services with clear and transparent pricing. This Pricing Policy outlines our pricing structure, payment terms, and conditions related to refunds, cancellations, and future adjustments. By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.


1. PRICING STRUCTURE

The fee for a standard one-on-one session is ₹2500 INR per session. This pricing is based on a fair evaluation of industry standards, the expertise of the psychologist, and the value provided to clients. The pricing reflects not only the duration of the session but also the professional preparation, confidentiality, and personalized strategies tailored to support each individual’s mental well-being.

For group sessions organized by teams or organizations for their attendees, the fee is ₹5000 INR per group session charged to the team or organization requesting for a group session for the athletes and individuals. Group sessions are designed to offer collective learning and discussion while maintaining a structured and confidential environment. The pricing accounts for the additional coordination, facilitation, and personalized approach required for multiple participants.

At this time, there are no additional service fees beyond the session price. However, if there are any changes or additional fees applicable in the future, they will be communicated in advance.

2. CURRENCY AND TAXES

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Currently, there is no Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable to session bookings, as the business does not yet meet the revenue threshold required for GST registration. 

Should this change in the future, clients will be notified in advance, and any applicable tax details will be displayed during the booking process.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

All session fees must be paid in full and in advance to confirm a booking. Until full payment is received, a session slot is not secured, and availability cannot be guaranteed. Payments can be made through Razorpay, PayPal, or other approved payment methods listed on our website.

Once a payment is successfully processed, the client will receive a confirmation email with the session details. In case of any payment failure or technical issue, the client should reach out to our support team for resolution. If a client disputes a charge or initiates a chargeback without a valid reason, they may be restricted from booking future sessions.

4. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS AND FUTURE CHANGES

The pricing structure is subject to periodic review to ensure it remains fair and reflective of the value provided. Adjustments may be made based on factors such as session demand, increased operational costs, market standards, service improvements, or additional offerings.

If there is a change in pricing, it will be updated on our website, and clients will be informed in advance. Any revised pricing will only apply to future bookings and will not affect previously paid sessions. Clients who have already booked and paid for sessions will not be required to pay any additional amount due to price changes.

5. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

From time to time, promotional offers or discounts may be available on specific services. These offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or communicated directly through email or social media channels. Any promotional discounts will have a specific validity period and cannot be applied retroactively to past bookings.

Discounts may also be provided for bulk session purchases or recurring bookings at the discretion of the service provider. If such offers are available, details will be shared with eligible clients. The service provider reserves the right to withdraw or modify discounts and promotions at any time without prior notice.

6. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require clients to reschedule or cancel their sessions. To ensure a fair and structured process, the following policies apply:

Clients may reschedule or cancel their session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. In such cases, they may choose to either receive a refund or apply the session fee towards a future booking. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the session, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

If a client fails to join the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session may be considered canceled, and the full fee will be forfeited. Clients who anticipate a delay are encouraged to inform us before the session starts to discuss potential options.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If the refund does not reflect within this timeframe, clients should check with their respective bank or payment provider. Any processing delays caused by the payment gateway or bank are beyond our control.

7. VALIDITY OF PRICING AND POLICY UPDATES

This Pricing Policy is effective from the last updated date and remains applicable until further notice. We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this policy at any time. Any changes to pricing, discounts, or terms will be communicated through our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review updates periodically.

Clients who continue to use our services after policy updates will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If a client does not agree with any changes, they may discontinue using the services before their next booking.
