🤨 Why does number 1 have to face pressure? They are the best right? They have huge support? Why then do they still feel pressure?

I get this questioned asked, so let's discuss: 🧠

🏅Number 1 has a lot to prove, even if they are already accomplished. It is because any slight mistake on their part is noted. They are under constant scrutiny from the media, social media, and supporters. In this limelight, one mistake can become a big blot on their career chartsheet. So, scrutiny, expectations, and the pressure to defend their first position continuously is the reason for their pressure - and sometimes it can be something that causes a mental block, fear, or performance anxiety leading to being paralysed and an inability to perform.

🏆 Being number 1 doesn't sound that smooth any more? All privileges come with responsibilities.
