When you book a session or make a payment, we collect certain personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details to process your booking.
In addition, as part of the counselling or mental training session process, confidential session notes are generated and maintained. These are stored securely and are not linked to your identifiable details such as name, contact information, or address.
When you visit our website, we may also collect non-personal information such as your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about services, products and other updates.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to book a session, complete a transaction, arrange for a delivery, cancel a purchase, verify your credit card, or process a payment, we assume your consent to use that information for that specific reason only.

All sessions are confidential, and your personal details will never be shared with third parties, except in the following cases:
If legally required by law enforcement for a criminal investigation or other purposes deemed by law..
If there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of others.
If you violate our terms and conditions.
Outside these situations, your confidentiality is fully protected.
Session notes are stored securely and are not linked to personal identifiers such as your name or contact details.
Sessions are not recorded unless prior written consent is given for research-based purposes.
For individuals under 18 years old, general progress may be shared with parents/guardians, but specific session details remain private unless the child agrees to share them.
SECTION 4 – PAYMENT
We use Razorpay and Paypal for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

AI tools may be used only after obtaining your consent to summarize, transcribe, or structure session notes to assist in documentation.
Personal identifiers (name, contact, etc.) are never shared with AI software—only general session notes may be processed.
If AI-based recording is required, it will only happen with your explicit consent.
